2 sec Descent, 2 sec Pause at 1/2 squat, back down to below Parallel, then up to full ext
*increase weight if you can.

*For today's wod, there is no scaling. You pick the weight. Choose a weight that is challenging but still allows continuous movement with short breaks as needed. Use a Kettle or Dumbbell, Med Ball, Plate or any object of significant weight.
